Buzz Building Strategies For A Profitable Launch

One of the best things you can do to aid in the success of your launch is to make sure your marketing efforts are in alignment with who we are. Some of the most popular marketing tactics used by just about everyone in the online marketing space are webinars and video series….the question to ask yourself is that if everyone else is using these strategies, how are you stand out and getting your brand noticed?

By positioning your marketing strategy in a way that incorporated different, not so commonly used strategies you will find it a bit easier to get noticed and potentially make more sales. Take a close look at the marketing tactics you dislike! Most likely if you don’t like it, your audience won’t either so get creative and only market in ways that will ACTUALLY get you noticed and attract the type of clients you are seeking.

Creativity and new ideas is key to engaging your audience and to the success of your launch.

Just in case you are in a creative slump or running low on ideas, here are 30 ways you can build buzz for your launch without doing a typical webinar:

  1. Post testimonials of your beta testers on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  2. Guest post on a few blogs that have your potential audience
  3. Feature success stories from your clients as blog posts
  4. Sneak a peek of the design of what you’re launching
  5. Write blog posts directly related to the issues your launch product will cover in your blog
  6. Host a Twitter chat
  7. Host a Pinterest contest
  8. Host a campaign around a unique hashtag. Take a look at #olderwomenvoices and #goodcleanfun on Instagram as examples
  9. Run a promo for bloggers who review your product or book. With their review, they win something. Gabby Bernstein did this with her release of “May Cause Miracles”
  10. Take words and lines you’ve written on your sales page and post them to your social media channels
  11. Launch Facebook, Twitter & Instagram ad campaigns
  12. Physically attend live networking events to promote your launch
  13. Personally invite people to your program via phone, email and word of mouth
  14. Schedule 100 interviews with individual members of your list, make a personal connection and give a personal invite to your launch offer
  15. Feature a few people who are currently doing what your clients DREAM of.
  16. Add info about what you’re working on to your email signature
  17. Reach out to your University Alumni about featuring you
  18. Create weekly behind the scenes videos of you running your biz and prepping for your launch
  19. Take advantage of social media and feature your team working on your launch (i.e. writers, designers, etc.)
  20. Directly email every single one of the peeps on your list personally. Make sure the reader can tell the email is truly from you and not a group email.
  21. Ask previous happy customers to post in groups, tweet and share about the difference you’ve made in their business and life
  22. Put together an informative animated video about your launch
  23. Host a local event to promote your business
  24. Gather endorsements from well-known experts or celebrities in your area
  25. Let your email list know what you are up consistently
